Please be aware! We decided to bring our pet to Petco grooming at (165 Bricktown Way Unit 1C SI, NY 10309). When we returned to pick up our pet his hair was completely shave off leaving his parts of his head hairy and his paws. The groomer took 4hrs to completed the grooming on our pet. When we specifically explained to the groomer just to trim his hair a little bit but it looks like they never listen to us. Later it on after we pick up our dog the groomer looking us scare and stated to us will schedule us another appointment to finish up our dog with his mouthwash, nails cut, Polish and trim his face down. So, we decided not to complain and just take the offer bring our dog to his next appointment to have him finish. We as a pet parent we know that something was wrong with our pet now hes looking very scared hiding himself under bed and dont want to come out. Our dog is traumatized. Yesterday 3/31/22 we arrived for his new appointment and our dog started shaking very nervous and scare looking traumatize since last time. I dont know what they doing to the pets there but you guys need to be aware if you decide to take your pets to this location.
