Had to stay there for the night. Don't expect working amenities or even a good breakfast. Safe was broken, air conditioner panel was broken and breakfast is a joke. Stay somewhere else or only stay here if you don't expect even an average stay.

Garbage! Our first room reeked of pot and there was urine on the toilet seat. The second room was filthy and smelled of BO. After coming back from dinner there was a full on party going on on our floor at midnight. Parking lot is full of pot holes. The entire property looks like trash, smells like trash and is trash. Go next door and save yourself the headache.

Breakfast included yet it is a brown bag with oatmeal and a yogurt? Our rooms took an hour to be ready, causing us to be late for my brothers wedding. Was promised some form of compensation from the girl up front, only to be told that was never promised at the end when we checked out. Rooms are extremely tiny and they were out of shampoo and soap. I'd rather sleep in the subway next time I visit New York versus staying here

Horrible service.
We were traveling from Florida to Staten Island for my brother’s wedding this past weekend September 25th-27th. We had booked this hotel 2 weeks in advance. Check in was at 3 pm and we were running late to make it to the dinner rehearsal. When we got to the hotel at 5:50 pm. They told us it would be 5 minutes for the room to be ready because they were short staffed that day. This was 3 hours later after our check in time. We were supposed to at the rehearsal dinner 6:30 pm and we had no room to get in charge and get ready. It took them 45 minutes to get our room ready. We had to go and change in the bathroom in order to make it late to the rehearsal dinner. When I came back to the lobby to wait for our Lyft and front desk employee Juli I believe was her name. Apologized and said we are so sorry, this is mot acceptable I spoke to my manager about it and we will compensate you for this.
Two days went by and no one mentioned anything anymore. When we were checking out on Monday 9/27/2021 we mentioned to the girl that was working that morning. She said I’m sorry I don’t see any notes here regarding that. We explained the situation and she took our contact information and said I will speak to the manager and get back to you. 1 hour later she calls and says I’m sorry managers are not aware of the issue and there’s nothing we can do for you!
Very disappointed. 3 hours after our check in time, they did not have a room ready and did nothing about it. Horrible service.
I do not recommend this place. Save your money and go somewhere else where they care about their customers who are paying for those rooms that they are charging for.
Never again in this hotel.
