I have never seen such a rude doctor in my life!!! I was with my 2 years old baby and he was talking to us in a very rude manner.. If you looking for doctor especially for you kid just avoid him.. worst experience..

I had a highly unpleasant experience during my recent visit to Dr Paul Vastola at ENT clinic. The doctor was incredibly rude and dismissive throughout the appointment, showing no empathy or concern for my health concerns. Their demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, and I left the appointment feeling disheartened and unheard. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone seeking compassionate and respectful medical care.

Dr. Vastola seemed like a decent doc who seemed to do what was needed to be done for my sinus/ snoring issues. I thought he was pretty chill, friendly and down to earth. I would see him again.

I would leave 1/2 star if I could. My wife seen this guy, he was careless and dismissive, would not prescribe antibiotics for ongoing issue. Showed zero empathy or interest, recommended "do your own treatment," (buy and ear popper). My wife was given a hearing test where the device was inserted into her ear. Ear problem became persistently worse after visit. A follow up call ended with him suggesting go to urgent care. A very classless move when a "specialist" refers you to urgent care. DO NOT recommend.
Here is an update. My wife visited the local Urgent care center. She was just informed she has a perforated eardrum and the beginning stages of Walking Pneumonia. This could have been addressed by Dr.Vastola if he showed one iota of interest! This is the work of a ENT specialist with over 20 years experience!? Are you kidding me!? This is beyond reckless behavior! I feel bad for any individual who don't take heed to this review and actually schedules to visit your facility! Now I see why it appointments are so far out for caring doctors! They are few and far!
I do not have a way of directly replying to your inquiry, therefore I will continue my post here. There is neither a reason for me to contact patient relations nor to be concerned for "my privacy." If you would like to professionally engage in communication about this matter, feel free to respond here. Further, if you choose to do so I would appreciate if you withheld typical rigid rebuttals, exchanging in a "human to human" manner (e.g., were sorry you feel this way; you had a poor experience, we take pride in how we treat our patients). Currently, it is futile to waste any further energy, thoughts or time on this matter. However, I will be glad to after my wife visits another doctor today. Thank you and have a nice day!

i went to doc Vastola in unbearable sinus pain. He diagnosed the problem ordered my mri reports by himself from my lab. gave me the madicine I literally start recovering within 5 hours. Im leaving the review because i have sinus problems and i have seen many doctors in different countries. Doc vastola is very experienced and good. Thanks Doc.
