I had an eye exam and then had to pick a set of frames. I was shown ridiculous over priced glasses, when I stated I only wanted to choose what was covered through my union benefits the lady assisting me no longer wanted to be of help. I don't know if she works on commission, she simply said choose what you want and walked away. Eventually I picked up my glasses. I had to come back because the frame needed some adjustment, not uncommon. I was questioned as to weather the glasses were from Cohen's, apparently they aren't familiar with their own frames. An older gentleman with glasses behind the counter has a very nasty attitude, he did not want to adjust my frame, was extremely rude and eventually did a poor job adjusting the glasses. He threw them on the counter and didn't ask me if they fit well. I simply picked them up and walked away. These place has an unprofessional staff and they aren't interested in helping, unless you are gonna buy an overpriced set of glasses. I would strongly recommend you go somewhere else. I would definitely ask my ATU local 726 brothers and sisters not to go here. If I could give this place a negative star rating, I would. They did not treat me as a customer.

I love the selection here as well as friendly, thorough service. Reps are amazing at knowing which frames to suggest that will fit each person and are extremely knowledgeable in the process and materials used for frames. My most recent experience landed me gorgeous Christian Dior frames and an incredibly thin lens for my prescription. I also appreciate all the help with insurance. Can recommend!
