My family has a significant amount of money in this bank. Today, I was denied my own money, and rudely told to wait 48 hours. What good is a bank if you can't access your own money? I will be closing all my accounts, and moving to one of the several banks with a better interest and better customer service. It was the interest rate on the 360 money market that initially attracted me, but that's long gone.
Shame on you. I was able to go to another bank I use and immediately have my request honored. I will be transferring all my funds ASAP.

Unprofessional . Racist . Supposedly there is a policy that if your address on your license and account doesn’t match they won’t let you withdraw your OWN MONEY . Taking my business to TD BAnk and will never bank with capital one again . deserves to be closed down .

Horrible customer service, totally clueless.....was there one day with issues go back 2 days later and B.S. the person who took care of us had no idea what was going on and he opened our accounts. They are VERY, VERY fast to take your money but if you have an issue THEY DONT remember anything about your account....stay away.....once this CD comes to term, outta there....I don’t care what their interest rates are, so not worth the aggravation....Also spent 3 hours on the phone with 360 and issue still wasn’t corrected even though they said it’s all good now. At the end of this month , February, let’s see how fixed this issue is...according to 360 and branch should be good. I look at the account last night and now another issue popped up. I totally give up with capital one.....headed to branch once again to see why there is another error ....I’m so not happy ....this better get fixed with no issue....The reason for one star rating is because 0 star was not an option
