Received a message from the pharmacy and told to call regarding a prescription and spent 30 minutes on hold before I finally hung up. I guess I need to change pharmacies, terrible customer service!

Always one person working. There is a huge line. Their phone system is a joke. Don't bother. I've also never had a consistent price on any medication. I went last week one was $85 and this week it's $133, deductible did not reset. This is the worst pharmacy I've been to in my life.

The pharmacist Kristen Scanlan is literally the worst person Ive ever had the displeasure of coming into contact with. I cannot believe that this pharmacy employs such a despicable person. If higher management sees this, think about who you have employed, because clearly everyone who comes into your pharmacy sees how terrible she treats others. Just read the other reviews. The pharmacy is slow and inefficient. They are rude. They are extremely disorganized. Kristen is the worst, but the pharmacy techs arent much better. Do better, CVS.

This pharmacy is ridiculous. Highly recommend getting your prescriptions elsewhere. Long waits, long phone waits (20 min +) and rude service. I was denied a prescription Ive been on for a decade because of the fact I have multiple residences. She really needs to get with the program. Youre preventing people from living their lives because of your ideas.
