I left about 8 detailed voicemail messages. Nobody has returned my calls. When I call receptionists always transfer me to voicemail. I was hoping the last person I spoke to, Melissa, would have some compassion and try to help me. She yelled "hello" as I talked because she wasn't interested. I asked her to not be so unpleasant and she asked "Do you want me to hang up on you or transfer you?" That is disgusting and unprofessional behavior. I would love to discuss this with her leadership.

PLEASE DISREGARD EVERY 5 STAR REVIEW. THEY WERE DONE BY EMPLOYEES WHO ARE PAID TO DO THEM.
This facility is horrible. Please do not bring anyone with dementia to this place. They do not care about these patients. The medical director has even over road hospice nurses without even seeing a patient.

Honestly this place is great. The therapist are good and the front desk lady is extremely attentive. I like it!
