      image This review is for the Spectrum tech I initially talked to his name was David. He identified the problem and got me started on what I would need. The tech at the Spectrum store in Glenville NY was 1 in a million. He showed us exactly how to set the new Wi-Fi. I came home and got it done this was 1/25/24 at 6pm. I didn't catch his name. He was so helpful .
