I went to this place 2 weeks ago and got a private couch dance for $35 the posted price and what I though was weird I has to give the counter help a extra $15 but no biggie, the dance was great . I went back last night 5-19-2021 to get another dance I was told the dance is no longer $35 it's now $100 plus tip they said it's "post covid " prices , but it makes no sense 2 weeks ago it $35 now a $100 I feel the employees where trying to take advantage of me. Which is sad cause this place is owned by a gentleman named Bobby (he also owns water works) who is a ex cop so I wouldn't expect to be ripped off, I am very close friends with a individual who is close friends with Bobby who says he is a great guy, but makes me think differently if he is allowing his staff to run a business like this, so they just list a customer and sure they will lose a bunch more running a business like this

Good variety of tasteful, and borderline, (yet all new, clean, and ADVENTUROUS), adult toys, games, clothes, literature, videos, and models. Staff in this store are utterly rude and not interested in running a profitable business. Attempted to ask a question via phone call I was completely dismissed and hung up on after the "woman" rattled off her statement which I believe she read scripted off of a pre-prepared statement.
Thinking perhaps the store is rather busy, I decided to just walk in and ask my questions, no the store is not busy at all; they have just managed to hire the most rude and dismissive staff that they could possibly find. And that is exactly what they have done!!
I would not recommend anybody to even attempt to shop at this store unless they wish to:
1. Not be greeted
2. Treated in a manner that any business retail or otherwise would not approve for its customer service.
3. Deal with poorly trained staff, rude and nasty are truly the only words that I can think of to convey the attitude, dismissive behavior and complete lack of respect for a retail patron.
Business owner needs to overhaul its hiring process, customer associate training and management practices.
Completely DISGUSTED with my experience at this store and the people who work in it!!
