I lived here for a year before purchasing my house, we had our ESA dog and our other dog here. Its safe, quiet, pretty and well maintained. Snow was a little tricky and the ESA got a little push back but other than that I was happy here and recommend it to anyone I talk to looking for an apartment.

Enjoyed how secluded the community was from the busy roads around it. Was there for less than a year, and unfortunately had to move due to military orders. Provided MONTHS notice verbally and via email (no response there), and physical orders when they were printed and given to us. Because the physical copy wasn't 30-days notice, our account was sent to collections and forced to pay rent for the month we weren't even in the apartment.
The cherry on top is we had two walk-thru's (one by maintenance, one by the district property manager) and the only mention of any imperfections were where the vacuum sucked up the cheap carpeting during the first walk-thru. On top of the month of rent we had to pay, we owe an additional $1500 for carpeting. After receiving notice via mail, I tried to call numerous times (and left voicemails) to rectify the situation prior to collections calling and had no response.
I just had to pay over $2500 to avoid having any impact on my credit. The way they go about business is absolutely shady.

Do your research before moving here!
Other than the fantastic maintenence team, there are many issues that don't get addressed.
Living next to Target and the noise created by having its as a neighbor is out of control. The town doesn't do anything about it and the apartment complex initially will express a concern, but fail to follow through after an initial concern.

The staff in the leasing office are helpful and always a pleasure to work with. The maintenance staff have been really helpful and accommodating as well.

I absolutely love this apartment complex! Chris and Kristine are awesome and Kenny and Austin are there when you need something fixed! Things get done quite and efficient. I definitely recommend this place to live at. Only reason we left is to go month to month to buy a house! Quiet are, nice neighbors, and great staff!
