What a disastrous and a terrifying experience! This place is full of unprofessional and standoffish people. Refused to provide the right care because the appointment was scheduled for something else according to them. Complete waste of time. First time here and will never come back, looks old, rundown and dirty!

Dr. Elmazi is an amazing doctor, however I had to see Ioana Livinti as Dr. Elmazi was away. Unfortunately, during my ultrasound, I found out that the fetus did not have a heartbeat. Quite frankly, I have not yet processed this, partly because of the way Livinti told me. She barely looked at me, quickly mumbled it has no heartbeat it is not viable. Meanwhile, during the earlier ultrasound I had, a tech told me there was an amniotic sac and it was a good sign, Livinti said there was no sign of this. It was my first time being pregnant.
Please, do not see this doctor.

I am not certain why my review was deleted, but I feel it quite important to post again as I use reviews to make decisions too. I hope women will see this. Thank you.
Unfortunately, the staff at this office is dismissive and rude both on the phone and in person. There are too may practices in the area where good providers and employees exist. This is women's health and you deserve to be treated as if your health is important.

Got there at 7:55 for my 8:00 am appointment. I get taken to an exam room by a medical assistant at 8:15. The medical assistant leaves the room at 8:20 for me to undress, about 5 minutes later someone comes into the room looking for medical supplies. Thats okay, completely fine. Things happen. At 8:41 (so 20 minutes sitting undressed in the exam room) the medical assistant comes in and lets me know the provider I was seeing wasnt there. She was very kind about it and let me know another provider would be with me in 2 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes for the new provider to come in I decide to get dressed and leave as I scheduled it specifically before work as it was close and I couldnt be late. The medical assistant saw me on the way out and was apologetic but I dont think the front desk cared at all, they just said Id be marked as not seen and that was it. Its very frustrating that I wasnt notified sooner that my provider wasnt there. I work at a schedule based business and if an employee isnt there I am calling to see where they are. I understand if its busy, but it took 40 minutes from my appointment time to find out my provider wasnt there. I do not blame the medical assistant, or the provider I was with. There was a mixup with the provider and the medical assistant was very nice about it. But the unprofessionalism of not contacting an employee until right before the scheduled time of her 2nd client of the day, or just not letting the client know until shes been sitting in the exam room for 20 minutes waiting for her provider. Will not be returning
