I went in and the man working(the owner I assume) was helping another customer. After the interaction went on for several minutes another couple that was in the store when I arrived left. At this point the man started to grumble about how long the interaction with the first cusomer was lasting and continued with passive aggressive jabs at the other customer. When it was my turn, I was overcharged from what the website said but at that point the service I witnessed had left a bad enough taste in my mouth that I didn't care to argue it. Getting 2 stars because the product selection is vast.

Excellent small business for homebrewers. The owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to stop in and get everything on our list, at very affordable prices. We will be back when we are ready to make our next beer!
