      image Citizens Bank was a consistently bad banking experience between a glitchy website, super low interest rates and bad customer service. If they were the only bank in the world I'd still refuse to deal with them.

      image Almost everyone is very nice at this branch. They are very helpful, honest and reasonable. A new guy started some months ago, sold us on the credit card, mostly because of the 0% interest balance transfer. Never mentioned the $90 fee- pretty underhanded! Maybe that's not a lot of money to him? It was for us and we had to find out by examining our statement. Otherwise, easy to access, mostly staffed by great people.
