Old truck that didn't feel safe to drive, had no pickup

This was by far the best rental experience I have ever had. The owner was friendly, funny, and beyond knowledgable. I called there last minute and in a real bind in need of a small box truck. All of the trucks the size I had requested were already reserved or rented, but the owner gave upgrades to the other customers (bigger more expensive trucks) so I would be able to rent the truck I desperately needed. He did this for other customers that walked in as well.
I also want to mention that when we returned the truck after midnight my son locked my work cell phone inside the vehicle, I called the number on the store front and left a frantic voicemail apologizing for the late call and asking to be called back right away in the morning so I could retrieve my phone. To my complete amazement the owner not only called me back right away, but drove all the way back to the store in the middle of the night to return my phone!
Thank you so much for all of your help and going above and beyond! You made a very difficult day a little bit easier!
