      image Highly recommend Rome Animal Hospital for the care of your pets. They do everything they can to get your pet seen. Front staff was very kind and the technicians were so happy to care for my cat. The vet answered all my questions with no hesitation and my cat loved her! Five stars!!

      image Been here three years. They are taking new clients but couldnt see my German shepherd who is in pain. Wanted me to wait 5 weeks For an appointment and on a waitlist. Seriously, What the hell are they thinking? Taking this the whole way up to corporate in California. And they say they care about your pet! They have become a sad train wreck. Save yourself the money and the poor care you will receive for your pet. Oh and they couldnt care less about WHY I left them - clearly no attempt to get better by receiving and acting on feedback. Whoever manages this organization - shame on you! Not sure what occupation they would be good at but clearly they have become a joke as vets. Very sad but Im out of there.

      image Pretty sure we will not be back there... While the front staffing seem nice... The new vet has terrible bed side manner, rough handling and short quick underlying sarcasm in her answers... Nah... We don't need that... The vet that was there was very nice and quite the opposite of the vet now.
