Thank goodness for Drain Masters! After spending Mother's Day weekend with no toilets, no washing machine, no showers, and very little of water usage It was a pleasure to do business with them. I spoke with Maddie in the office who was very professional and explained the services that they offer. She sent a crew to my house within a short time. Andre and his partner were very professional and took charge of the situation. They were able to clean my septic line out using their water jet service. They then instructed me on the proper toilet paper to use and came into the house to make sure that everything was in working order before they left. I will definitely use drain masters again for future needs. And I am happy that they were recommended to me through another plumber. Service: Drain cleaning

Don't know why they're rated so well. I had them come out for an estimate. A guy came out, and looked over the job. Said we'd receive a quote. We never did. Called them back about 3 weeks later. The woman in the office didn't have any quotes for us either. She said she'd reach out to the guy that had looked over the job, and call me back. Still never heard anything. All I can surmise is that they don't need, or want the business.

Had a blockage I couldn't resolve. I was referred here by another plumber who couldn't get to the job that day. Drain Masters scheduled me for an emergency service on a blizzard day. However, someone was free and showed up during normal hours so I wouldn't be charged the emergency rate. He stayed for a few hours until he could resolve my problem, working for a good bit of it in the aforementioned bad weather.
