Place is terrible. It has roaches, bedbugs and it may look clean in the room but don't let them fool you. There was burn marks in the tub from cigarettes. Place is just a scum.

extremely rude staff on insane power trip. my friend and i were visiting some people in Syracuse(we live three hours away) and on route home a huge snow storm hit. we only made it as far as this hotels town before we realized we should probably find a place to stay and wait out the storm. first we go to a motel where were politely told we need to be 21 to check in. no worries we somewhat expected it but wanted a warm place to collect ourselves before heading back out. i call another hotel in the area before calling Relax Inn in where i ask them if i needed to be 21(we are all 18) in order to book a room. they tell me that we dont need a 21 year old to book it and that it would be 119$ for one room. we are all very relived to have a place to sleep for a few hours. we make it to the relax inn only for the door to be completely locked. i call the number while standing outside and re explain our previous conversation. the staff member then says my credit machine is out only cash. this was new news and i didnt know if we had enough cash between us. i ask if we could possibly come in the lobby out of the cold to count the money they need and speak to them and they hung up. i call them back and am met with a different staff member saying DO YOU HAVE CASH? i asked well how much is it but im cut off by him saying YES OR NO DO YOU HAVE CASH. i answered him by asking why hes being so hostile, we just wanted to sleep for a bit and get out of the storm. he AGAIN yells and says it is not his problem and that he was going to call the police! ive read so many other reviews of staff members doing this and i hope the staff knows that they are RUDE. and i will NEVER EVER PROMOTE YOUR BUSINESS TO ANYONE AND YOU AFE SO VERY MEAN TO PEOPLE WHO WANT TO BE YOUR PAYIGN CUSTOMER
