I pay my insurance bills at the Allstate Insurance office on Rte. 31/ Spencerport Road in the town of Gates. Twice a month I go to that office to pay the bills and ask questions I have about our coverage, etc. I am always assisted by Larry or Stephanie. They are two of the friendliest, most helpful and knowledgeable agents you could ever work with. They always offer a pleasant greeting, take care of my business efficiently and engage in friendly conversation with me, no matter what they are doing when I enter their office. They make sure I get a paper receipt and they confirm my payments by email and text on my devices. The respect and commitment they show me gives me confidence that they are taking care of my insurance coverage for our house and our vehicles. I truly feel like "We're in good hands".
