I have been searching for a particular piece of furniture, and call on a regular basis to see if it arrived..the staff is always kind, attentive and willing to check! Special kudos and praise to Lucia, who located my sought-after piece of furniture and helped in every way possible to facilitate my purchase! She was beyond helpful, extremely knowledgeable and a complete joy to work with as well..Pottery Barn Outlet should applaud Lucia for her extraordinary customer service skills and her excellent representation of the company!

Extremely poor service. Purchased a glider and they couldnt even wrap it in plastic wrap. This is unacceptable if youre not providing any boxes and expect the customer to purchase, pack AND transport the item. Might as well give me the employee discount and pay me part of their salary if I have to do everything myself.
