Absolutely unprofessional clown operation. Sad what ol Herbs name has been reduced too. We were lied to, directly to our faces by our agent, Sandra Sarubbi. Promises were made and not kept. Your time will be wasted and you will be blamed for their errors in scheduling, incomplete list of required documents. Look for a better operation, The Redl name no longer means what it used to in the Hudson Valley. This is not the first of their businesses that I have watched fall on their face.

I know it is hard to hire good people, and some employees must come from the bottom of the trash Sandra Sarubbi is this places representative.
Update; After the review posted I got a call from Sandra, and as you can see in their reply a request to contact them directly, I have tried both routes and have had no follow up. I have called the office at Redl`s on two occasions, left a message for Sandra, and a request for a call from her boss.
In a nutshell, I drove 70 miles to keep an early morning appointment with her to view an apartment.
I arrived 10 minutes early, as I was to be the second person to see the place early Monday morning. I found the first person who was to see it 15 minutes before standing at the entry door. I said "Hi are you here to look at the apartment also ?" He said yes but that Sandra had not shown up yet.
I had her cell number, so I called.
I wished her a good morning and mentioned that not only was I waiting, but the first viewer was also wondering where she was.
I was told that an email had been sent to all involved that the apartment was no longer showing the previous night.
I may have believed her if she did not have the scratchy obnoxious angry tone of voice typical of a drunk woken too early and still hung over.
First viewer did not got this fairy gas email email either.
Lying is not becoming, especially when tinged with malice and a dare to challenge the lie. Without a doubt her tone of voice.
Avoid.
