Always used Best for my rehab and rentals until one call I needed new water heater. Had 2 short water heaters in this 2 unit rental. Peter's 'man' installed a tall water heater next to my other short one which changed flue angle (became level), altered draft flow up chimney, and created backdraft of CO. The CO spill switches had been moved up out of position so no CO warning available. First clue that alerted me to improper installation was condensation on top of water heater from flue pipe. Called Peter's office several times, but Peter did not come out to correct or even check installation. Called building inspector who warned me that if he came out to check and deemed installation unsafe, he would close rental down, and I would have to put tenants into hotel until corrected. Inspector suggested I call another plumber to come check out installation which I did. A tall water heater cost Peter less than a short.....Evidently more important to his bottom line than the safety of human life.

Used to the extent that I phoned them. They answered the first time but did not call back the second. I had work done elsewhere. Placed them in the middle of stars because I don't know where else to place them. think they practice a new way of plumbing which is navigating the demand caused by their compatriots who run their businesses similarly.

On 6/14/21 we had 3 bathroom and 1 kitchen faucet replaced, along with some other minor work. The quality of the work performed was good, and the work was completed quickly.
