The couple working there are very nice, and their hospitality, I've never seen such in any auto repair shop. Engineer Lester definitely knows what he's doing. After examining your vehicle, he takes time to explain the situation to you, also gives you advice and encouragement. He fixed my car in less than 3 hours when I was about to drive to Washington State. I drove the vehicle, and is still strong and runs smoothly. If you're in Dutchess county NY, Auto repair plus is the place to go for all your vehicles needs.

Not easy to find a mechanic you can trust these days unless you have Lester at Auto Repair Plus as your mechanic. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy and fair.

Lester is my go to auto mechanic. Every time the dealership recommends a service other than an oil change, which of course theyll charge you an arm and leg, I always bring it to this shop. He serviced my 2014 Honda Accord, 2016 Honda Pilot, and also my 2020 Hyundai Palisades.
Why?
Healey Hyundai recommended a 30,000 mile service plus extras which will amount to at least $1200 and its ironic that I already have 43000 miles. Lester did all the services recommended for a little over $500

I came to the shop after going to a dealership and being told I was going to have to pay $625 for an oil consumption test. Lester let me know the price of the test was correct however he also let me know that it should be covered under my powertrain warranty, since I am the first owner of the vehicle and it is less than 100,000 miles and under 10 years. He did not have to share this information. He couldve easily taken. My money may be offered me a deal of $300 or whatever something like that I was paying at the dealership , I probably wouldve jumped at the chance to pay less. I saw the desperation in my face and he chose honesty. I will forever be grateful as a single mom. It doesnt happen often less to let me know they are still good people in this world thank you so much Lester.
