I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent service experience at your facility. On 03/30/2024, I brought my vehicle in for a routine tire repair, specifically to address a flat rear tire. During this visit, one of your technicians recommended a new wheel alignment, which I agreed to based on the trust I have in your expertise.
However, after the service was completed and I had driven the vehicle home, I began to notice an unusual noise emanating from the front wheel the following day. Concerned, I returned to your center to discuss the issue. I explained that the noise started only after the recent alignment service.
To my dismay, the response I received was dismissive, attributing the noise to unrelated vehicle issues and the age of the car. I was perplexed as to why these concerns were not communicated to me during my initial visit. When I questioned this, the technician remained silent and then informed me that I was no longer welcome to return for future services.
This interaction was not only disappointing but also raised questions about the honesty and integrity of the work performed. It left me with the impression that additional problems might have been created intentionally to incur further charges.
I am reaching out to seek clarification on this matter and to understand how such situations are handled within your company. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Easy to schedule my appointment with a quick phone call. Went in for an inspection and I was in and out within 15 minutes. The gentleman at the front desk and the service technician were super friendly and professional. On time appointments that finish up quickly Yes, please! I will definitely be back. Thanks guys!

STAY AWAY! Rip off artists! DISHONEST!
I have brought my cars here for many years for oil change and tire rotations. The only reason I choose them is because they are right next-door to where I work so I can walk over and it is convenient. I have learned over the years they RAREY rotate the tires YET they say they did! To avoid this, I have adopted the habit of marking the tires before I give them the car, so I can double check that they were actually rotated. This morning I marked my left rear tire went in ordered the oil change and the tire rotation. Three hours later I came back they said the car was done. Tires were NOT rotated and they were telling me that they had been. When I brought it to the clerks attention her comment was oh OK Ill have to go back there and yell at the guys and see if they can do it right now. The technician didnt even ask me why I thought they had not been rotated because he knew damn well that he didnt do it. MARK YOUR TIRES TO BE SURE THEY GOT ROTATED - this place is totally dishonest! Ill be going to Valvoline or Delta sonic in the future. I am so done with this monroe they should be reported to the Better Business Bureau Fact, maybe Ill do that next
PS - to the person who manages Monroe muffler reviews and responds to them. I see that when people write a negative review or have a less than positive customer experience all you do is say youre sorry that it happened . You dont offer a way to rectify the situation . Because of this please dont even bother to respond unless you want to call me and discuss this . If that the case leave your name and number in the response and I will call you.
UPDATE- 2 days after this post the manager of the location that I had a problem with called me. He asked me what happened. I explained the whole situation. He said they have a newer crew working there, and he has been reminding them that when people ask for the free tire rotation that automatically comes with the oil change, they must give it. Hello! Why do you need constant reminders to give services that people have requested ???? He asked what he could do for me. I told him if you wanted to rectify the situation he could give me a free oil change and tire rotation and next time I need one I will go there and WATCH them do it so I can make sure everything I ask for is completed. He was really reluctant and asked if I might prefer, a different service but because my car is new, I dont need any other service or maintenance . He did give me what I asked for and I will use it in the future, but I will definitely be staying there watching the work being done and not dropping the car off like I usually do .
