Poor service and questionable transparency re their fees.. I went there last year due to a managing partner being from UB and location. I had no issues with my taxes but they charged a flat fee for my college sons simple prep. The flat fee was ~750 and this was not mentioned when I turned in my more complicated taxes. I believe this was ethically questionable to a new client but I paid the fee. I then reached out today for an end of the year question and they had a marketing manager call to tell me that due to staffing shortages they were severing our relationship. I am not sure I would have been informed of this had I not reached out with my questions. The lack of transparency with their fee structure and the fact that they were also not upfront that they could provide tax services in a timely manner makes me regret that they get even one star. Perhaps their questionable business practices have led to trouble retaining staff. Look elsewhere
