Our zone 1 furnace decided to die during the coldest week of this year's winter. Jay came out, gave us an estimate and completed the furnace/AC coil and condensor replacement a short time after. EMS was the original contractor who installed my HVAC units 17 years ago and I have been using them ever since. Only in this 17th year, did ONE of my AC units go. However, due to the number of years in use of the entire HVAC system, I decided to replace both AC units and furnaces. Their pricing beat all other larger companies' quotes, saving me $$$$. The installation was done professionally and quickly. The team at EMS, Jay, Mike and Ryley are all amazing. It is the smaller, local company that tend to give you the time and attention when needed. Very happy!!!
