Ordered for same day delivery on February 14th. I'm finding out today, on February 22, 2024, that it has never been delivered. It's terrible when trying to get in touch. I've sent two order inquiries online and have not gotten a reply. Don't order here because you won't get it, and you'll still have to pay. I only put one star because I have to.

Ordered an item off the website for a special occasion and didnt receive it what I ordered. When I tried to call, the message machine came on and left message. No call back. I called a few times to resolve the issue and no callback. Poor customer service and no remorse for their mistakes.
