Deceptive and dishonest. I bought a watch, gifted it, it was tried on, removed, put back in the box, and brought back brand new. They wouldnt accept it because it had skin cells on it. Totally ridiculous.
Spend your money with honest people, not these thieves.

High professionalism. Clean store. Great experience working with Giuseppe, Jorge, and Sarah. Very patient, given the volume of people coming in and out of here, with many of them not being the most polite.They are helpful about making suggestions, providing recommendations, and tailoring a watch towards your needs.

Giuseppe helped me severa times. Hes the best, and my experience is always great with the store if hes there. I cant say the same about others employees though and this is unfortunate. Luckily, Giuseppe is there! Thanks
