Horrible. Uncommunicative, unprofessional, and didn't even get my passport in the time they said they would. When we called to complain they could not have been more rude. They had our money, what do they care? Absolutely do not use them if you're in a bind and need a passport renewal fast. They will take your money and refuse to deliver. There are much higher rated expediters out there. Use them instead.

I was wary given the many negative reviews, but my passport was successfully expedited in 2 weeks time and every customer service person I spoke to on the phone was super helpful and transparent throughout the process. I have no idea how they got it done or why my experience was smoother than that of other reviewers, but I'm very pleased with the results.

I don’t like to complain, never had actually but this time I am. Especially paying an extra $260. I should’ve read the reviews 🤦🏻‍♂️ I’m supposed to go away in a few days and had to cancel a 6k vacation. The service said I will receive it within 6 weeks which was 5 days ago , it even asked the departure date. The status still says it’s “in process” like it did 6 weeks ago. GW-943B41658

Terrible, they gave us information that was a flat out lie and their website is misleading. My wife had to reschedule her flight twice because they flay out lied about when the passport would be arriving. On the last customer service call they thought they put my wife on hold and the customer service rep was actually picking up items from Target. She heard the entire conversation. I tried emailing some of their executives via linked.com but nobody got back to me. She received her passport 4 days after it was promised and it cost us over $1000 to rebook her flight. AAA is associated with them so I thought they were reputable ,never again. I am not one to leave these type of reviews but I do not want anyone going through this. All someone would have done is called and apologized, never happened. UPDATE - I also understand they are suppose to return the original passport which we never received back. Does anyone have an answer to this?

I was in quite a bind and needed to renew my passport within one week. It cost a pretty penny, but they pulled it off. I'm grateful to the staff at Rush My Passport for being so helpful and taking each of my anxious calls. The only criticism I have involves the company's reputation: there are so many negative reviews out there. Taking a chance on them was even more stressful than the situation that prompted me to try their service, but I'm glad I did. I hope that moving forward their ratings will improve. Highly recommend!
