I paid $26 their standard-sized lunch box, having high hopes about its taste but it was mundane.

I value honesty when dealing with any business. They showed exemplary integrity when they refunded my accidentally spilled miso soups (takeout). I complained about their current hot soup containers that are made of wax paper, which deforms and spills your soup during short 1 hour transport. If I could give more than 5 stars I would for their honesty. I go there for their unagi don (eel over rice). They're very organized and quick when they take your order for takeout. Their restaurant is very neat too. I like their ambience / setup, wherein you can dine as the sushi chef prepares sushi in front of you.
