A Big THANK YOU to Saskia who helped me get large image prints for an upcoming literacy event being celebrated in the Bronx. This will help the children see the illustrations as I read my children's book to them. Saskia was very professional, informative and accommodating throughout the process. I wholeheartedly recommend this FedEx printing site in West 72nd Street NYC.

Bad customer service. The self service copiers were blocked off when I walked in, and when I asked the two women at the front desk to help me print my documents, one of them told me in an aggressive tone to walk to the fed ex on 80th and Broadway and use the self service copiers there. When I asked if they could just help me print there, they told me to use the computers in the back of the store, but these were not working. No effort to assist me with this simple task- it was like I was an annoyance just by asking the workers to do their jobs.

When all of the self service equipment in this store is working it's an ok experience. When you ask the staff for help they could not be more miserable and do the bare minimum. A simple favor that you are willing to pay for cause none of your machines are a available should be a given. I had to print out 4 pieces of paper they couldn't do it from behind the desk I logged onto a pay for your time computer for 10 minutes and the internet didn't work. I ask the guy at the desk if he can just print them from his end I already paid $5 and got nothing he suggested I go to the store a mile away!!!! No one has time for that. All he needed to do was lift his little finger onto the mouse open my email and press print. I know it can be done cause workers have done it in the past. This store has become a waste of time. Headed to ups! See ya!
