I am a thumbtack pro. The leads I get are fair to good but the customer service is non-existent. I pay for this service and I’ve emailed them several times and they have not replied. In this day and age nearly every business can be run remotely so Covid is no excuse for this lack of attention.

It's all fake bulshit i signed up 2 days ago with them i spend almost $80 with them i have a picture with my review so basically what there story is what they do and how they do. They want you to buy this coins which is first time with discount but after make sure you're ready for getting raped by them. They do that all by themselves there's no customers it's all fake and bulshit look in the picture same Customer is asking for 3/4 times job everything it's not just one customer same names coming back to me with different jobs same addresses I wrote them no reply. Than i quoted the customer and gave them cheap prices good prices but no reply 10 customers and no reply wow
