Worst video app ever. The interface is pathetic and not at all user friendly. We are trying to watch a wedding in Australia from the US and the sound is so bad. We cannot understand one word. It sounds like they are in a fishtank. This is pathetic is 2021.

Biggest scam ever! I paid USD 283 for an annual pro membership which they conveniently cancelled after 2 weeks claiming that my credit card issuer had requested for a chargeback (refund). This is a completely false information and no such request was ever made. A chargeback can only be requested in case of a dispute raised by the customer which I obviously did not do. My bank has confirmed multiple times that no such chargeback was requested nor did they receive any refund as claimed by Vimeo. It has been 3 months and Vimeo has stopped responding to my e-mails because that's how they roll. So currently I have paid them for an annual membership which they let me avail for 2 weeks and now I am USD 283 poorer. A similar incident had happened with my friend and I can only conclude that this is their new business post pandemic. Vimeo and my 283 bucks continue to harass me with their absence.

I was a paid pro account subscriber since 2013. My account held an archive of several hundred used car scam avoidance narrated screen videos, but otherwise unused but i paid the renewal faithfully each year. In January 2021 I uploaded a tech help video to my paid pro-act. I did mention briefly the 2020 presidential election. I commented that it was my personal belief the election had been stolen by the Democrats who were cheating. Vimeo an hour later deleted my account and all my archived videos. They sent a form letter canned response that I was inciting violence and they do not allow anyone who disagrees with the 2020 presidential election results. Damn right I'm a Trump supporter and as Joe Biden kills jobs and trucks migrants with Covid19 into Texas i think is BS! Vimeo Inc is part of a consortium of big tech players that helped to rig our presidential election.
