    Wellnessliving delivered on their intentions for the technology and some. The website for the business end is easy to use, intuitive and the Wellnessliving team do a fantastic job of monthly tech updates and communicating these updates through various channels including videos. We love the Wellnessliving Business Elevate App. Its easy for staff to use with little or no training. Our Breathe Fitness client app, that the Wellnessliving team helped to develop is our most favourite and effective technology. We love having happy, returning clients who can manage their own personal accounts, profiles, purchases, bookings & cancellations in advance of coming to the studio. In 2020 we were looking to change from MINDBODY to a provider whos technology, pricing & customer service was current with the economic climate, including the pandemic. Wellnessliving was referred to us. Best referral and we havent looked back. Our experience with MINDBODY during the first year of the pandemic was that their technology was archaic. After working with MINDBODY and the negative experiences our list of expectations was very long & very high for transitioning from MINDBODY to Wellnessliving, and the WL team delivered, and some. Expectations have been exceeded and were very happy to have made the change. The whole experience from first introductions, to knowledge sharing, sales, on-boarding, training, data transitioning, implementation and now active usage has been a positive experience. Expectations exceeded with this company and their technology, customer services, communication and we would 1000% highly recommend Wellnessliving.

    WellnessLiving has been a great product for CoMo Rocks Climbing Gym. We feel the product is superior to Rock Gym Pro and MindBody as a those were the others we explored for our new business. The onboarding team was AMAZING! And the product has been easy for new employees to pick up.

    Im happy I found WellnessLiving for my client management system for my business. The leadership team is super friendly (Canadians duh!) and helpful. Matt, my sales rep is always willing to help out, reach out to the support team and offer a helping Hand. I have lots of questions and they are always happy to help. PROs: Lots of great appointment types with various options for pricing and how they show up I love the reports feature where i can pull up weekly sales reports and staff pay outs Seamless payment processing through a 3rd party vendor, but I love working with them too. Payments come through fast and secure. Lots of payment options as well. Staff and client notifications are great! Having the app included is a great feature where the teachers can see client info, leave notes after sessions etc Love seeing all the client info, history, payments they made, sessions they had all in one place. Its a huge time saver! CONs They have additional services within the portal, but you have to pay for each separately. For example, if you want to have zoom streaming directly from the portal, thats an additional $20/month. New feature FORMS is also an additional cost. I think it should be a part of the software. Especially as something as basic as forms The emailing system is lacking in options and its hard to set up If you want to add a photo into your email, you need to go to an external site to add that photo. Its just cumbersome with all these work-arounds. The google calendar integration is glitchy and is not a 2-way integration and doesnt work in the way I want it to. The system itself is not as perfect as I want it to be for the type of mobile yoga business that I have but there are SOME workarounds that Im willing to cope with. There is a HUGE learning curve and its not as intuitive as I hoped it would be. I had to do a LOT of trial and error and work with support. Bottom line, its a nice system with lots of improvement still to be made. But they are willing to make them and they listen to the feedback and slowly adding features, which is a plus. Overall Im happy with the seamless way the portal works for client management and am grateful to have them.

    I can not say enough wonderful things about Matt Barnes & the entire support staff at wellness living. The former owner used mindbody & it was a nightmare. Switching to wellness living was the best decision we made. The entire staff jumped thru hoops to get us up & running in record time & to make the transition as seamless as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    I love the fact that Wellness Living helped solve our challenges by LISTENING and partnering with us to help find appropriate solutions to our prior member management software challenges. Everything from onboarding to execution to user experience has been a partnership and combined effort to find economical and practical solutions. Our branded app that Wellness Living made for us has been hands down the single most effective tool we've ever invested in, to date and again, every inch of that app was a combined effort to maximize user experience while subsequently streamlining our employee resources in customer service and inquiries. Also, the fact that Wellness Living's GUI is so simple and theoretical in the aspect of the user, employees that have never seen Wellness Living can navigate efficiently through its interface to be able to handle day-to-day efforts be it big or small. All this to say, basically, everything Wellness Living has done for us in 3 months has absolutely been paramount in our business as a whole and the effort and dedication they give their partners is unparalleled in comparison to our prior membership management software. From sales to onboarding I felt like Matt and Aris were a part of our team and worked with us instead of selling us on their product, it was an incredible breath of fresh air and I know without a doubt in my mind we've made the right decision in our partner for this application.
