No response. Are they still in business? Cameras don't work, although they worked fine 2 years ago. No customer service. Many responses from others with same complaint. Item still appears on Amazon.

AMENDED: I was able to contact the company via live chat on their website under Customer Support tab. They have ensured a refund. I will Amend this review again, once I see the money is put back! I did enjoy the service and it served the purpose I wanted, but I just no longer need it. I purchased the cameras and service for a business. I no longer work there, and have been charged for a whole year of service. I can’t find a number for customer service to get a refund of $105.00. Can anyone help me?

Horrible Customer Service. Trying save money by having no phone support and only available 8am-5pm EST. Has denied warranty request. You can't be a Consumer Tech company and separate yourself fromthe Consumer by email and chat.

Started out so good, but then became a non responsive company that no longer delivers what they offered at the time of sale. Despite refund requests and legal complaints, the only thing left for this company to do is face complaints from the attorney general and hire lawyers. Ass someone that promoted their products I find it sad that they lost their ability to do what's appropriate.
