Sapphire has been our Business Partner. Their customer service, expertise and technical support were key to a successful implementation and to Go- Live as original scheduled. They used Project Management Professional methodology to document and sign off each phase of the implementation. I recalled the times we scheduled WebEx conference calls to dive deep into the specs and they listened to our requirements. The documentations served us as a guide and a timeline to stay on track. It's been nine months since we went live on SAP Business One and we've seen the efficiencies in our business operations.
