ABOUT DR. KOTLUS ' NYC OCULOPLASTIC SURGEON AND COSMETIC FACIAL SURGEON Brett Kotlus, MD is a top-rated NYC oculoplastic and facial cosmetic surgeon. Dr. Kotlus received a Master's degree in Genetics from the Pennsylvania State University and his medical degree from the Sackler School of Medicine.
