Poor customer service. Rude employees on the phone. Called several times to try and cancel our account and was told something different each time. I emailed customer service only to receive different instructions. They won't process the cancellation until all steps are complete, but I've been trying to complete the steps for well over a month now. Cancellations are processed 30 days after it's complete. Their poor customer service is just a way to steal money from their customers.

Dario recently completed the installation of a security camera surveillance system for our West Hollywood apartment building. His bid was competitive and based on a property visit and inspection. High quality equipment with excellent resolution, remote and internet-accessible monitoring and control. Clean and efficient installation. Oren communicated well, provided bid, equipment specs and necessary insurance certificate promptly. A couple of weeks in and I am very pleased with equipment performance. Dario's background as a locksmith and his expertise in general security issues was apparent to me. He is now my go to security professional.
