        So in response to this post adt said send private message which I did. Guess what the response was ? Crickets. Im encouraging everyone to follow my lead and sue them in small claims court. Because the failure occurred and contract signed in your jurisdiction you can sue in your local small claims court. ADT is a corporation and by law has to appear with an attorney. Make the appointment as inconvenient as possible and the day of the hearing postpone it. Their legal fees will start to rack up and get media attention.

        Poor poor poor service. ADT is good deducting money from my check every month. A wonderful man way back March 2003, trying to please to buy me ADT. I did buy the machine. Anyway, at the last end of my story. I couldn't talk to ADT help/customer service. They always hanging up on me. I bought the system $500.00 + and $16.00+ every month for nothing. Don't buy ADT. Lazy young people. You people won't go that fat. KARMA. goes around. Instead of 1 star. It should be 000. ZERO service.
