        If I could give negative stars, I would. Just had the absolute worst experience ever. Dog urine everywhere, chewed furniture, broken chairs, black toilets and kitchen sinks, things in every cabinet and drawer, the kitchen sink, refrigerator and stove. That’s just for starters. Our move in tome was 11am and we are still unable to move in 4 hours later. The general manager suggested $30 off. There are rooms that are uninhabitable in this apartment

        Their property "the james" under "letter9" is the worst. Some of the staff have poor customer service skills. The property manager does not take the safety of her residents seriously and probably should be replaced for the betterment of the company's image.
