image Horrible management, no hot water leaks not fixed till mold grows. Below just are some images.
In response to Managment I did have someone reach out to me make an appointment, show up a hour late and only show up when I sent email stating I had been waiting a hour to only tell me sorry nothing is going to me done I only came up to tell you this. It is great to post addressing issues however no resolution. I have requested items to be addressed multiple times but there is no resolution. I can post multiple videos and images of all the issues I have had. It is beyond frustrating to live in a place where things dont get addressed. In addition to be clear below flooring issue happened twice in less than 6 months. In addition to constant leaks.

image If you want to deal with constant issues then work with this group. If you want a pain free experience, look elsewhere. Any positive review for this company must be an employee.

image The worst property management in NYC! Stay away from any buildings in NYC managed by this property management company. They are unprofessional, cruel to tenants and cheaters! Im not sure how their treatment of tenants and business practice is not Investigated by AG yet. Youll do yourself a huge favor for not leasing an apt from this horrible company.

image Alexandria Pocock is my Moinian Group building manager, team supervisor, leader, etc. I'm suffering through living at 1264 Lexington avenue. A property she manages for Moinian Group, or Columbus Property Management, or Sammmy LLC, it's all the same nonsense. You won't find this building on the Moinian Group's website portfolio of opulent properties. Because they wouldn't dare admit in public to owning this building. I figure we are the black sheep of the Moinian Group. Look up the building on the city's various housing websites. See the various complaints for 1264 Lexington ave. It's shocking how poorly managed the building is.
My buildings management, team leader, etc. Alexandria Pocock comes off as indifferent to most of the conditions, and thinks sending emails in advance absolves Moinian Group management of all future wrongdoing. When questioned, you get vague robotic responses, or outright ignoring questions. She seems to lack the necessary experience to manage this building to basic living standards, or efficiently orchestrate an improvement project of this size.
We were warned there would be construction, but what we have is far beyond the pale, dangerous, and unhealthy. When we signed our one year lease, we were told of a package room for deliveries, live-in super, functioning elevator, Fios internet. We expected sanitary living conditions in the common areas, a monthly exterminator visit, lights in the hallways, working intercoms/buzzers. Really basic things like solid floors, and walls without holes. MAYBE EVEN A LOCK ON THE FRONT DOOR. Nope. That's asking too much.
The live-in superintendent was fired within three months of our moving in. This left a gap in sanitary services and created many uninhabitable conditions, and far beyond what is considered good repair. The trash is stored in the building's central shaft way. When the super was fired the trash would go for days, sometimes whole weekends without being cared for. There were mice, and the piles of trash spilling into the hallway was at times seven feet in height. The malodorous scent of trash emanates through the building's common area windows, and elevator shaft. The smell of trash is often, and unsanitary. This condition does not improve. It's been over six months since the live-in super was fired. We still do not have a live-in super as originally advertised. We now have a man who takes care of the trash to the best of his ability, who does not live in the building, and has other jobs, and the trash is still often out of control. They continue to add units to the building making more trash, when they can't effectively handle the current load.
The 1264 Lexington Ave elevator has a masonite floor held together by duct tape, the carriage roof leaks oil onto you, your hair, your clothes, your dog, your belongings. It's disgusting. It ruins things. I have pictures. We shoved a paper towel up there to attempt to stop it, and that's the best we got. Months later still leaking.
Do the other Moinian Group buildings have elevators that leak oil onto people? Do Moinian Group employees have elevators that leak on them in their homes? Onto their fancy clothes? I seriously doubt it based on the pictures of people at well maintained properties. They wouldn't stand for this. At 1264 Lexington Ave this is daily life.
PLEASE SEE MY FIRST FOUR UPLOADED PHOTOS FOR THE REST OF MY REVIEW. GOOGLE DOES NOT ALLOW REVIEWS TO EXCEED 4,000 CHARACTERS, I WROTE FOUR TIMES THAT. I HAVE DOZENS OF ANNOTATED PHOTOS, That also caused errors.
