GP Properties Management took over management of our apartment in Prospect Heights about a year after we moved in and boy what an improvement! They are communicative, quick to respond to any issues big or small, friendly, and feel as if they actually care about their building and tenants !

We've been living at a GP apartment in Washington Heights for ~5 months, and have nothing but good things to say so far. We were able to rent directly through the owner (no broker fee), and his team has been responsive and helpful to any issue. Our couple of maintenance requests have been fulfilled within 24 hours (usually the same day), and some subtle improvements have been made to the building since we moved in. There was a minor roach infestation at first (common in old NYC buildings), but there's a free exterminator service. They treated the apartment twice, and now it's been weeks without any sign of pests. As far as we can tell, there's been no shadiness whatsoever. The key tag security system keeps the building quiet and safe. I recommend Gideon and his team!

GP Properties has been an amazing management company to work with and probably one of the best I've experienced in NYC (here 13 years now). Of course they are not perfect, but if something goes wrong they are urgent in managing the problem and very easy to get in touch with during said time. The two properties I've experienced have been well manicured, quiet, clean, and safe. I have and will continue to recommend GP Properties as a management company worth checking out if ever in need of a move. I'm very happy to reside with them and have been for the past 2 years!

Terrible management company. We've been trying to get them to exterminate our building for weeks and we keep getting the runaround. Next time we have an issue, we'll let our attorney handle it. Avoid buildings managed by these guys at all costs. I'm amazed that savvy building owners don't know these jokers are ruining their properties.
