I am immensely grateful for Trisha’s very personal, professional, and efficient help in finding the right New York apartment for us, especially because we had to go through the process long-distance. She was happy to visit and make videos for us of all the apartments we were interested in, answered all questions without delay, and helped us get a deal that made us happy. She was also the most patient and helpful person when it came to doing all the paperwork for the closing. I was positively impressed by her all along the process and recommend her 100% as an impeccable real estate agent.

Throughout my experience with Nadav Winer and the Focus Real Estate team at Keller Williams, I felt supported, informed, and in highly knowledgeable hands at every stage of the real estate buying experience. Nadav did everything to ensure I found a home that met my and my family’s specific needs and wants. He flexed deep market insight to give objective advice, often steering us away from overpriced properties that fell into the top of our budget range. Ultimately, we found something we were absolutely thrilled with that came in well under budget, and at great value- at that point Nadav managed to advise us to move quickly with remarkable poise. We were in first at a price we were happy with, and now living in what I am convinced I was the best possible outcome. With the deal underway, Nadav and his team did not slow down and helped shepherd us through the rest of the closing process. He was present at all subsequent visits and his team was incredibly helpful in getting the paperwork done satisfactorily as I was knew to that process.
