Working with Leah was truly the best experience possible. She really took the time to figure out exactly what I was looking for and helped me find a place that suits me perfectly:). She is extremely professional but also personable in a way that just makes working with her such a completely pleasant, stress free, and enjoyable experience. She is also very knowledgeable and responsive—I highly recommend using Leah and her expertise in finding just what you're looking for!!

August 2021 - an update: my friend went with another broker and agency (names withheld) - My friend was selling her million dollar property and those that supposedly to represent her lied to her. They informed her the buyer complained about something and they took a thousand $ off at closing. Long story short, she found out from her old building doorman that the buyer knew nothing of the situation. EnoughSaid, so go with Courtney. H O N E S T She will tell you as is. I loved working with Courtney. She treated me with respect, never pressured me into buying. She gave me or found out as much information she could as I viewed each of the property. One of the great thing was she had sent two videos and quickly distinguished what are the difference in condo verses co-ops. She tried very hard to get the seller to be more favorable. I really appreciate her fairness and tact in handling sometimes, not so tactful situations. She also understood that buying something is not just monetary, has to do with lifestyles and matching my wish list as much as possible. She also had a well connected mortgage agents, lawyers, movers - so that when the time did come at the right place, she can send me into the right directions. New York is a jungle. One does need a great agent to navigate through it with you. Even though at the end, I was not able to find something that suited my needs (which is the way the market is), I would still recommend her.
