If i could leave 0 stars i would , I had an unpleasant conversation with on of the owner of the company Chris Shiamili . Very rude and disrespectful . If you can avoid this agency , there are plenty agencies that respect customers . We set up to see the property and about an hour earlier i called him and specifically instructed him that my wife is on the way to see the property and due to traffic she will be late 15-20 min , he said no problem . When my wife arrived to property about 15 min late like i advised him , he was already gone . It took her 1 hour and 30 min to get to one point and the same time to go back . When i called him back and asked him why he left , he said he didnt have time to wait and started to yell at me . i would never go back to this Real Estate company , if their owners like that i cannot imagine how their agents are .

Highest recommendation for Gabrielle Engh Gabrielle Engh helped us when we needed a new apartment in New York (Upper East). Our apartment did not allow pets and we needed a new apartment as soon as possible to be able to keep our dog. Also, we desired the apartment to be within 5 blocks from the 70th street and we needed a short-term lease of 7 months. We knew that our requirements would make finding an apartment in Upper East very challenging. Fortunately, we met Gabi. She managed everything perfect. She made over 100 phone calls and showed us more than 10 apartments and we were able to move in within 3 days in our desired apartment! Amazing, great work!!! She was working all day and night to make it happen for us. She was available at all times per all means of communication. Her skills in this business are outstanding. She is very efficient and seems to know the right people. But mostly, she is nice, pleasant and friendly!!! Thanks Gabi, you are probably on of the best brokers in NY, certainly the best we met!!!
