I just purchased my first apartment and have always been hesitant about most real estate agents in NYC, but Charles was quick to restore my confidence. At the very beginning, we spoke over the phone multiple times to answer all of my questions as a first-time buyer and he even provided resources to connect me with a great attorney. My lease on my old apartment had already ended and my closing kept getting delayed due to various reasons from the bank and the co-op, but Charles was very transparent throughout the process and continued to push for my interests to keep things on track and get me into my new apartment asap! Overall, Charles was genuine throughout and a pleasure to chat and work with!

Charles was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, and went above and beyond to get our easier-said-than-done transaction across the finish line. Originally listing for sale at the height of COVID, Charles still managed to pull in multiple offers on our property. When those unfortunately fell through due to late breaking issues with the co-op, he quickly pivoted to get us rental income ASAP while waiting for the co-op situation to improve. A year and four competing offers (over asking) later, we were able to close with a buyer who was truly a perfect fit for our property. I cant recommend him highly enough - truly grateful for all of his hard work and hand holding through the process.
