this is about your property in westchester the Renaissance
I am glad you sent this, I was going to get in touch with your corporate office today,
Let me start off I was coming to your hotel for a wedding,
Your property is beautiful, but it is filthy, let me start off from the beginning, we got there
Staff was very very nice, we checked in, and they never gave us our breakfast vouchers, no big deal
We then ask where our room is, they just point and say go thru the tunnel
Like we were supposed to know where the tunnel was, first question should have been
WHERE ARE YOU PARKED? so I said I’m parked in the front where do I go
A little guy by the front tells me just go to guest parking
Does everyone on your property know there are more than 2 roads for guest parking so we went around in circles for 5 minutes ridiculous, finally we see others cars behind your property
And figure out this must be it.
No one to help with luggage, so I park go thru the first door no a/c and then u have to put your card on the sensor to open the second door and if you have luggage and something in your hands you cannot open the second door
Someone missed that one when designing!
No a/c in the lobby which was boiling hot
Elevators are so slow that we thought they were broken, now there is no a/c in the hallways
Did u guys forget to pay your electrical bill?
We get to the room that was freezinggggggggggggggggggg only to finally get to take a shower
Problem here was 1 towel, and 1 wash cloth, did you guys forget to pay the laundry service?
Truly unbelievable that this occurred in the first 10 minutes we were on your property !
Every door that shuts you can literally hear in your bedroom.
I said at this point its so hot I can use a swim
Your signing within the hotel, oh wait, there is no signing in the hotel
How would I know where the pool is from my room if there is no signing??????
Unacceptable!
Finally I find it ,it was stifling stifling HOT in the pool area, again
NO TOWELS
