        Do yourself a favor and do not rent from here. 1. Extremely poor management. A simple request such as scheduling a move out, scheduling a walk through, or getting a lease copy will take you 10-20 emails before the management finally replies with poor attitude 2. Fees here and there. $100 for a lease copy; $50 to open the door 3. Bug problem. This apartment has huge cockroaches. One time we found a cockroach hiding in our shoes. 4. Rent increase. Rent climbed up $250 in the first year and we had to bargain it down. 5. It is nearly impossible to get your deposit back.
