This is a Scam ‼‼‼‼‼‼

Every experience I've ever had with bond involved bait-and-switches, misleading listings, fake photos, or agents trying to force you to waste your time coming to their office to sign a bunch forms pledging your loyalty to them when the listing you inquired about was never even available. I really wish New York had more regulation so we wouldn't be forced to work with scum-bag companies like these.

Our agent, Elena Andersen was wonderful. She did an immense amount to facilitate the sale and help get us our target price for the apartment which we were selling and had loved living in for a decade. In everything from the advertising, beautiful materials BOND produced, the many open houses, and the effective stager she recommended, Elena operated at the highest level of skill and competence. She kept me honest and reasonable when I started seeing dollar signs due to competing offers, and was a wonderful advocate while relaying challenging information as we went into some tough final negotiations. Her work was significantly complicated by the global pandemic crisis that made everything harder, but especially so in NYC, and her successful navigation of this was really impressive. I am so happy we worked with her and with BOND Real Estate.

CHRISTA AND MARY at Bond were the ideal brokers. They did everything they could to show us apartments that they liked and thought we would as well, and that would fit within our budget. They were kind throughout the process and supportive of a previous situation my roommate and I suffered with another realty company. They made sure that we were comfortable with all decisions before moving forward, and did everything in their power to make us feel comfortable and find us the perfect apartment. Options seemed slim on the market due to the fact we were looking at the end of July, but they found some that they thought we would like despite this shortage. If you work with BOND, only go to Christa and Mary.
