I worked here & it was the worst job i've ever had. The main reason is Charlotte, one of the owners who lacks any sort of communication skills w/ employees & clients alike (though her husband & business partner is no better). I worked here with four other interns & all but one quit. The one who didn't quit was offered LESS money at the end of his internship though, so obviously he left. The company had already gone through 3 different Administrative Assistants in my short time there. Charlotte fired one of the interns (for no reason) and proceeded to make a joke when the intern tried to get their final paycheck. She told the intern word for word, "Good luck paying for your rent this month." Could you imagine a rich pompous business owner not only withholding their employees pay, but being this petty as well? But it doesn't end there, she's like this with clients too. I once read an email chain for a client she was working with in which the client had to break character to put Charlotte in her place. Imagine working with a business owner who is so unprofessional that you have to call her out in an email chain with like 20 other people. Last thing i'll say is the whole time I worked there, the company would tell the Administrative Assistants to ignore calls from one of their old clients (because they had owed this client money for over a year & had no plans to pay them back). This company goes through employees faster than the daily news cycle, & the worst part is they will try to not fire you. They'll treat you so poorly you quit. Steer clear both potential clients and employees. Also they think that a 9-5 means a 8-7, but they don't pay overtime or anything like that. Almost opened a case with the department of labor but I didn't because I got a better job and didn't feel like going through the process. There's at least 40+ hours i did not get paid for working here and they expect this of everyone.

DO NOT WORK FOR CHARLOTTE WRAY. Find another job and RUN. Not only is she the most unprofessional and miserable woman to ever walk this earth; she’s also RAGGEDY. Charlotte honey, I’m so sorry that you feel the need to take advantage of hard working employees and then try to not pay them; just shows you are cheap and bitter with a lack of moral.
