it's been said before, but would give zero stars if possible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS; if you find a building is managed by woodcrest, run extremely far away and don't look back. they let the buildings they manage literally rot. when you call to bring issues and concerns up to them, they will blatantly lie about possible solutions and work they are doing to fix them. their practices are certainly borderline - if not fully - illegal. stay away.
